This year Galeries Lafayette brings to life the vision of the Artistic Designer by capturing the essence of everyone's childhood: the adventures of a little girl and her magic paintbrush travelling through an imaginary world.

“My name is Charles de Vilmorin. I’m a designer, a dreamer, a stylist, an illustrator and an artist who’s still a child at heart. And I was born on Christmas Day. All the more reason to team up with Galeries Lafayette to create a fashion-focused festive celebration: My Dream Christmas. Creating My Dream Christmas was child’s play in every sense of the term. We thought of everything, from the Giant Christmas Tree under the dome to the iconic window displays on Boulevard Haussmann, along with a special capsule collection and a host of exclusive collaborations with my favourite brands. I was even able to write my very own Christmas tale, bringing my drawings, imagination and creations to life. My inspiration came from a story that captures the innocence of everyone’s childhood: the adventures of a little girl and her magic paintbrush travelling through their imaginary world. A dreamer with boundless imagination and creativity, escaping into her own little world to enjoy a truly amazing Christmas – just like me. I'm delighted to invite you to My Dream Christmas, from 15 November to 31 December at Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann and all Galeries Lafayette department stores. I’ve added my own fresh twist to the festive season, in fashion, beauty, home and food. And I can’t wait to share it all with you!”

The Giant Christmas Tree and the windows designed by Charles de Vilmorin as part of My Dream Christmas will be on display until 31st of December 2023.
