At Balcon, Chef Julien Sebbag reimagines the French bistro experience with generous, seasonal cuisine in a unique rooftop setting. Open daily from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
For a refreshing break, head to La Douce Heure by St-Germain, the summer cocktail bar where you can enjoy signature cocktails, elderflower ice creams and a selection of sharing plates created by Chef Cyril Lignac.
