New Summer 2026 seasonal flights

Tour Operator

| ITA Airways

From Rome Fiumicino to Malaga, Valencia and Marseille

The new flights will operate from today, June 1, through September 30, 2026, with daily frequencies, offering passengers direct connections to some of the most popular European summer destinations, as well as convenient and efficient connections to the Company’s domestic and international network via its Rome Fiumicino hub.

The launch of the new seasonal routes was celebrated today with three inaugural ceremonies held at the airports of Malaga, Valencia and Marseille, attended by institutional representatives, airport authorities and the airline’s commercial teams.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the launch of new seasonal flights to Málaga, Valencia, and Marseille,” said Emiliana Limosani, Chief Commercial, Network & Incentive Management Officer of ITA Airways. “These new routes strengthen ITA Airways’ Summer 2026 offering to some of the most in-demand leisure destinations of the season, expanding travel opportunities for our passengers and further enhancing the strategic role of our Rome Fiumicino hub.”

During the current summer season, ITA Airways is also reinforcing its strong Mediterranean focus with new seasonal routes to Mykonos, Alicante and Trapani, as well as increased frequencies to Brindisi, Lampedusa, Pantelleria, Palma de Mallorca and Nice. Connections to Tunis have also been strengthened, confirming the strategic importance of the region for the airline.

On the domestic network, seasonal services between Olbia and Turin and between Olbia and Genoa have also been launched, aimed at supporting increasingly seamless and widespread mobility across Italy.

Among the other key highlights of the Summer 2026 season is the launch of the Rome Fiumicino–London Heathrow route, operated twice daily, as well as the opening of the new Rome–Houston direct service, the first-ever non-stop connection between the two hubs. The Houston route will increase to five weekly frequencies from June to September, further strengthening the airline’s presence in the North American market, which is strategic for the development of ITA Airways’ intercontinental network.

Looking towards Asia, ITA Airways continues to invest in connections to the region, increasing the Rome–Bangkok service to five weekly frequencies during the month of August and operating the Rome–Delhi route daily, in response to growing demand for long-haul travel to destinations of significant tourist and cultural interest.

The new destinations are available for purchase through ITA Airways’ sales channels, including the official website ita-airways.com, the airline’s app, the Customer Information Assistance Office, travel agencies and airport ticket offices.
